Marching Angel with Trumpet Ceramic Relief It's a Beautiful flowing Angel playing the trumpet while marching. She's got Talent! This ceramic contoured tile mural inspired by Maxfield Parrish, one of my favorite American artists, is hand sculpted from terra cotta earthen ware clay. The angel, tree with individually formed flowers and large pot are high relief that sit against the mountain background. The free form long tiles surrounding the picture in colors of berry and purple, adds texture and a 3-dimensional frame. Set into a wrought iron frame it can be displayed outdoors by a pool or indoors. Approx. dimensions are 12" x 12" x 2" deep for clearance. It is low fired so it will not with stand freezing temperatures. Many hours went into the design, cut, drying time and glazing along with the grouting. This is made in Tucson, Arizona

I am a ceramic artist. I sculpt, hand build, throw on the wheel, and design hand made tile. Some of my work is functional, some is for art's sake. All of it is my passion and a gift from God.
I have 30 years of experience in clay alone. I consider myself a person that can do anything (in clay). I have many years experience in custom work, working together and creating one on one designs for clients. My designs are fun and whimsical and I enjoy making people smile. I am all about original. My inspirations come from gardens, nature, southwest desert, and other peoples art or creations.
In all my years in business, I have never had anyone complain, or need me to come back to fix something, or return a custom piece. I have letters of referrals and note cards of overjoyed thanks.
