The smaller version received 3rd place on April 6, 2013in the Collin County Art Show for the acrylic/oil category. It has also been chosen in the McKinney Performing Arts juried show from may-June 2013 The trees are painted on a wooden panel. The striking contrast of black and white makes this painting stand out. The size makes it a unique piece. This painting is done is dark black, and white. The frame is a matt black The smaller one is 20" x 40" the larger one is 19 x 62. I have always loved all forms of art and have made various art pieces as gifts for years. Two years ago a friend suggested I start selling my pieces. It seems that overnight my pieces have been accepted to galleries and art shows.

My first love has always been custom paintings. I enjoy working with a client to design a personal piece for them! My favorite is black and white paintings on a very large scale, such as 6 ft x 3 ft.
Look at my portfolio. You will see that my abilities are wide ranging and varied. I often get asked: "Can you create X, but make these changes?" That is what I enjoy most. We use an idea or something a client loves as a springboard to create something personal and unique!
I am detail oriented, communicate often, ask lots of questions, and honest with a client if I don't think I can create what they want. Art is personal! Everyone should have pieces created they love!! This can only be achieved if you like the artists style and the artist is honest about what he/she can and can't create.
