For Solid Walnut Double Vanity With Turned Legs1.0We could not be more disappointed in our experience. The project was supposed to take 8 weeks to be completed (normal turnaround time was 4-6 weeks). Instead, the project took over 4 months to be completed. Making things worse was the lack of communication around delays as it took several follow ups to get a response. The last straw came when the vanity cabinet was delivered it reeked of smoke (impossible to get out of wood), the finish had drips in some areas, and the inside of the cabinet was incomplete. We’ve now spent over 20 hours trying to remove the smoke smell (not successful yet) and still have more hours to do to finish the piece. We’ve reached out to Mike and have not received a response (not surprised). We have received no money back or discount to date either for all of the troubles we’ve been put through.

For John's Dining Table5.0Mike is the best. His work is absolutely beautiful, but the reason I enjoyed working with Mike was because he was in control of the process. It was easy working with Mike because he knows how to walk you through the process of turning your abstract idea/vision into a real custom product he builds from scratch. It can be daunting wondering if you've communicated well-enough to the person building your product that they'll give you what you want, but from start to finish Mike got it.
Mike was great, I will use him again and I highly recommend him.
