White Washed Reclaimed Wood And Steel Reception Desk
These unique reception desks were built for separate offices of the same company in Manhattan. The skin is reclaimed wood barn boards planed and sanded smooth. A white wash finish gives the desk a monotone look while highlighting the imperfections in the wood. Aluminum accent banding and trim breaks up the surface. The desk and transaction counter are sheet steel with a high gloss powder coat finish.

He communicated very promptly whenever I had questions. He worked with me to come up with the design as well.
The table we ended up with is very nice.
There were some poorly set expectations along the way and he didn't do some things that I would have assumed should have been done. I would do business with Dan again but now I know better how to ask the questions that I would need to ask in order to get the final product I want.
Dan is a really good guy but it is just inherent in building something so custom that there is likely going to be miscommunication along the way.
