County Seal Edition From Prototype To Production
Sub-contracted to make and cast a series of county seals. These county seals were to be made cast and then adhered to signage for various outdoor usage throughout the county. The original prototype was a wood carving. A rubber mold was made of original. See the light blue silicone rubber mold with red-resin case shell. They were cast in durable solid dark bronze tinted epoxy resin. Each cast seal was then hand painted to match the county seal colors and coated with a protective clear coat for outdoor durability. This project is a good concise example of the process of casting limited editions; from prototype to final products. Please allow me to create your dream into reality from miniature to monumental!
