46 Inch Wide Pine And Spruce Hand Crafted Fan Bench Or Table For Inside Or Porch Use
The hand crafted Fan Bench© or Table is made from Spruce and Pine, then stained to your personal preferences. Three coats of lacquer is then applied. There are two standard versions: A 36" Wide x 16 1/2" Seat Depth x 17 1/2" High and 46" Wide x 16 1/2" Seat Depth x 17 1/2" High. Custom sizes are also available upon request. The pieces can be used as a bench or table to place pots, flowers or other items on. Triangular inserts have been added to accent the pattern and provide a flat surface for both seating and placement of pots or other decorations. The bench will seat several adults comfortably. The benches shown are in Olympus Green with Dark Walnut accents and satin finish. The bench/table is designed and built to be placed inside or on a covered porch. Multiple benches can be put together to form semicircles, S-shapes or placed around corners or plants (See patterns). If placed outside in direct sun light, refinishing every 2-3 years could be required. The individual fan pieces are attached to each other and the apron using galvanized wood screws (50 on the 36" wide piece and 60 on the 46" wide piece). The legs are secured by 12 lag bolts; two on each side leg and 4 on the middle leg. Also the corners of the aprons are reinforced and optional feet are added to the bottom of the legs. The legs are made from 2" x 4" boards. Multiple coats of lacquer are included for a smoother finish and protection at no additional charge. Please specify finish when ordering (None, Gloss, Semi-Gloss and Satin). The piece is shipped with the five legs removed for economy. Each leg is marked for easy re-assembly to the top. Each bench/table has been completely assembled to insure proper fit and finish before packing and shipment. The bench/table can come in Black, Olympus Green (shown), Dark Walnut, Mahogany, Maple, Pine, Russet Oak (shown), Cherry, Chestnut, Natural or Unfinished. Shipment will be approximately 2-3 weeks if not in stock due to backlog and fabrication. I had a custom job request and even after approval of his drawing, he re-worked one small item to add stability to the book shelf (of which I never would have noticed nor thought-of, plus I already signed off on it - how often does that happen in life?!). He sent me 4 samples of the stains to ensure I liked the color of the piece; he sent pictures throughout the process, at each step and I know I will love the piece after I open it. For Custom Mr2 Solid Cherry Shadowbox Bookcase4.8My wife and I searched hard for a "Shadowbox Bookcase" for our living room. All we found were particle board monstrosities, or overpriced manufactured hollow versions. We wanted something in solid hardwood, preferably cherry. Rick provided this. His quote was reasonable, his design was exactly what we requested, and his communication was outstanding. He started and completed the project on schedule. Delivery was timely. There was a small glitch in the delivery, and Rick apologized profusely for this, but it was totally out of his control, and I believe him when he says that it had never happened before with this shipper. We managed to take delivery of the item, which was exceedingly well wrapped and protected. We are proud to have a custom piece of Rick Ricks craftsmanship in our living room.
