R2 60 X 32 Inch Farm Door Desk With Optional Printer & Accessor Shelf And Optional Drawer
This beautiful r2 Farm Door Desk with Printer, Accessory and Utility Shelves is made of knotty pine and finished with Chestnut stain and satin lacquer. The desk is 32" Deep x 60" Wide x 29 ½" High. Minor changes in dimensions can be made without additional charges. Or… we can provide custom desks to meet your specific needs. Matching chairs and benches are also available on this website. The top and shelf are made with multiple knotty pine boards which have been secured together with biscuits and wood glue for maximum strength. The top is secured to the apron with 3 1/2" screws and covered with oak dowels. Additional oak dowels are used to simulate the attachment of the top and bottom cross pieces on both the top and shelf. The Leg Assemblies are secured with a cross bar and attached to the table top with two 5" lag bolts for maximum strength. There is an optional Printer and Accessory Shelf which is 60" Wide and 18" Deep. The shelf snaps onto the cross piece of the Leg Assemblies to secure the four legs and increase rigidity of the desk. The shelf remains adjustable to provide maximum accessibility and leg room. An Electric Utility Shelf is provided to hide the power outlet. An optional Desk Drawer which is 18" Wide x 15 Deep x 2" High inside dimensions with a hidden pull is available as an option. Please check the option if to be added. The option is shown in one of the pictures above. The top has a minimum of five coats of polyurethane and all other surfaces have a minimum of 3-4 coats. The table ships disassembled and each piece is individually bubble wrapped and multiple layers of cardboard are used for maximum protection in shipping. Shipping and insurance costs are estimated for delivery to the West Coast. If the cost is less, a refund would be provided. This table also comes in English Chestnut (shown), Early American (shown), Pumpkin Pine, Black, Olympic Green, Dark Walnut (shown), Mahogany, Maple, Pine, Russet Oak, Natural, Cherry, Unfinished or a color of your choice. The finish can be natural, satin, semi-gloss or gloss. Custom item, shipment would be dependent upon backlog.

I had a custom job request and even after approval of his drawing, he re-worked one small item to add stability to the book shelf (of which I never would have noticed nor thought-of, plus I already signed off on it - how often does that happen in life?!). He clearly cares about his work and shows judgment of a true professional. He sent me 4 samples of the stains to ensure I liked the color of the piece; he sent pictures throughout the process, at each step and I know I will love the piece after I open it. I haven't had a chance to open/inspect the final product due to work on my house but I would definitely work with him again (and will update my review after my house isn't torn apart).

For Custom Mr2 Solid Cherry Shadowbox Bookcase4.8My wife and I searched hard for a "Shadowbox Bookcase" for our living room. All we found were particle board monstrosities, or overpriced manufactured hollow versions. We wanted something in solid hardwood, preferably cherry. Rick provided this. His quote was reasonable, his design was exactly what we requested, and his communication was outstanding. He started and completed the project on schedule. Delivery was timely. There was a small glitch in the delivery, and Rick apologized profusely for this, but it was totally out of his control, and I believe him when he says that it had never happened before with this shipper. We managed to take delivery of the item, which was exceedingly well wrapped and protected. We are proud to have a custom piece of Rick Ricks craftsmanship in our living room.
