Custom Made Mr2 Solid Cherry Side Accent Or Night Stand
Custom mr² Solid Cherry Night Stand with Drawer is 26" H x 16" W x 16" D and made to the following specifications: • Solid 13/16" cherry boards are utilized. No Veneers • The table top is 16" square. • Hardware allowance $15.00. • To achieve depths and widths, multiple boards with biscuits and compression gluing may be utilized to insure flush joints and strength. • Single drawer on multiple wooden rails and guide with back stop. The drawer inside dimensions are approximately 7 ¼" W x 5" H x 11" D. • Table legs are1 ½" x 1 ½" square solid cherry. • Customer defined stain and with 3-4 coats of satin finish lacquer. Multiple samples of stain and finish will be sent to the customer for approval before finishing. Wood stock from the piece is finished and sent to the customer. • Back and side panels are inset approximately ¼" to add a distinctive and finished look to the piece. • The lip of the table top overhangs by ¾". • The bottom shelf is slatted. • No change in specifications without customer approval. • The piece is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and carboard, the placed in a carton for maximum protection. • Shipment of the tables will be completed with 6-8 weeks from placement of the order based upon my present backlog. • Residential delivery where available mr² Woodworking also creates custom indoor and outdoor furniture, benches, cabinets and specialty wood items available thru CustomMade. Delivery Schedule
Based upon present backlogs, the delivery schedule will be extended on custom made pieces. Items in stock can also have an extended time period for shipment.
My Craftsmanship Promise
Each piece is hand made and individualized to meet each customers’ needs and requirements. I maintain close communications with each customer on the status including pictures as the piece is assembled and finished.
Any changes or improvements to the the piece are reviewed and approved prior to implementing each change.

I had a custom job request and even after approval of his drawing, he re-worked one small item to add stability to the book shelf (of which I never would have noticed nor thought-of, plus I already signed off on it - how often does that happen in life?!). He clearly cares about his work and shows judgment of a true professional. He sent me 4 samples of the stains to ensure I liked the color of the piece; he sent pictures throughout the process, at each step and I know I will love the piece after I open it. I haven't had a chance to open/inspect the final product due to work on my house but I would definitely work with him again (and will update my review after my house isn't torn apart).

For Custom Mr2 Solid Cherry Shadowbox Bookcase4.8My wife and I searched hard for a "Shadowbox Bookcase" for our living room. All we found were particle board monstrosities, or overpriced manufactured hollow versions. We wanted something in solid hardwood, preferably cherry. Rick provided this. His quote was reasonable, his design was exactly what we requested, and his communication was outstanding. He started and completed the project on schedule. Delivery was timely. There was a small glitch in the delivery, and Rick apologized profusely for this, but it was totally out of his control, and I believe him when he says that it had never happened before with this shipper. We managed to take delivery of the item, which was exceedingly well wrapped and protected. We are proud to have a custom piece of Rick Ricks craftsmanship in our living room.
