Awesome craftsmanship. Refinished and repurposed aged barn siding for a new container. Communication was great with updates along the way and prompt shipping. Overall result was fantastic. Already received compliments with several friends inquiring about purchasing. Highly recommend!

Ben made these into ornaments for a wedding favor. They turned out exactly the way we wanted them to. I originally contacted Ben at a very busy time of year and we had plenty of time so he told me it would take a while, but he did keep to his timeline. Sometimes communication was a little slow, but that's being nit-picky. They were very neatly and tightly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Ben for this type of project.

I am happy with the finished product - I bought two! The people I gave them to really enjoyed them. The presentation was awesome. The only down side was I thought there could have been a little more communication back from the maker during the process.

Product arrived very poorly packaged. The wooden coasters were loosely tied with a string and put in a large envelope (not a box). No packing material was used so they banged against each other and were subject to whatever it is the post office does to packages. They arrived with the majority of the bark broke off.

Ben is the most wonderful person to work with!!! I asked him to update me every three days and he did until I went on vacation which was awesome. I asked him to send it to me after I got back from vacation and I got it two days later. He was wonderful but not just in those ways. The finished box was amazing. Exactly what I asked for and so unique. It is better then I imagined. It is so natural and way better than something in a store. I would work with him because he is amazing!!!!!

Ben was great -- he helped shape the idea with me, and communicated throughout the process. The sign was made from reclaimed wood, which is why I went with Ben, and it turned out great. I'd recommend his work.

My wood portfolio box with etching is gorgeous. Ben did an amazing job from start to finish. He communicated regularly with images to update me on his progress. He was flexible in terms of working with me when I was unsure of font size for the etching. I trusted his decision making with regard to finishing touches and hinges, and he did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend Ben's work (and already have) to any of my fellow artist friends or even to individuals needing gift ideas.

I would absolutely work with Ben again. He was very communicative about his proposal and at each significant milestone along the way, making sure I was happy. He offered multiple options when it was appropriate, and was able to to deliver the product well under my expected delivery time. I was pleased with the finished product, as was the recipient of the wonderful gift! Ben and BC Creative Designs was a perfect introduction for my first experience with CustomMade, and would absolutely use the service, and specifically him, again.
