Mike was born in west Texas and has a great appreciation for the southwest rustic designs that are ingrained in his roots. However, Mike relocated to northeast Pennsylvania for work in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the great old and dilapidated barn structures that dot the back roads of Pennsylvania. Combining the southwest rustic with the Dutch/Amish materials was just inevitable.
We enjoy working closely with the customer to customize a product that’s perfect to their preferences and exceeds all expectations! We take the necessary time to hand-select all materials and to fabricate the products using proven techniques that will stand the test of time! This is not IKEA and you will not find cheap aggregate products (i.e. particle board, etc.) incorporated into our products. Only high-quality found here!
At this time Mike continues to work a full-time corporate position and M & W is a budding business that we hope carries into retirement. Therefore, M&W is not a primary source of income and subsequently there is not the typical associated pressure to rush and maximize profits. We take our time and do it right!
