Industrial Envy specializes in custom furniture design and manufacturing with an emphasis on modern industrial style. Industrial Envy serves both commercial and residential customers.
Industrial Envy, LLC began when Trevor and Jennifer Zandt combined two skill sets in industries they are both passionate about. Trevor's lifelong passion is woodworking, and industrial design. Jennifer has always had a heart for artistic design and upholstery/sewing work with everything from pillows and curtains, to chairs and sofas. Utilizing their combined talents, along with a mutually strong drive for business development, they set out to open Industrial Envy in February, 2013.
Trevor and Jennifer have a unique ability to take abstract design concepts, and make them into beautiful custom furniture art pieces. Custom furniture is their primary focus with an emphasis on Industrial Wall Shelving.
Industrial Envy has performed work for major hotel chains and fortune 500 companies.

Shipping Policy
NOW FREE SHIPPING within the Continental US and subsidized charges globally. Subsidized international shipments are charged at the best rate we can acquire and then the average cost we pay for that item if it was shipping within the US is deducted. International shipments will ship via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Each item is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally 2 day priority for small items and UPS for large items. If we ever encounter a shipping overage we will refund the overage amount. If we encounter unforeseen significant increases in shipping cost we will give you the option of paying the difference or a full refund and cancellation of your order. Please note that shipping costs shown are only estimates for custom orders. Actual shipping costs vary widely based on delivery location as well as the size, and weight of the item. Final shipping costs will be determined at time of shipment. Please allow specified processing time for any custom order. International shipments, and addresses in Alaska and Hawaii may incur supplemental shipping costs. In the case of international shipments- Duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained/returned by customs officials. We can guarantee shipment dates, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates. FOR LARGE FREIGHT DELIVERIES A PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED to schedule appointments. If your large freight order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts it will be returned to Industrial Envy, LLC and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees.

The customer always comes first! If a customer is not happy with a purchase from Industrial Envy, every effort will be made to correct the situation. In the event of damage or mistakes caused by Industrial Envy, parts and labor will be provided at no charge to remedy the problem. Should the customer still prefer a refund, one will be given (minus a 50% processing fee, and any shipping costs) providing the refund is requested within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are given on custom orders or international orders.
