Ethan is highly skilled and very creative. He not only built a beautiful fire pit, exactly to our specifications, but he also added some finishing touches that we didn't necessarily ask for but really made the piece that much more beautiful. Overall, it was great working with Ethan. He kept us updated every Monday with progress and photos. He did a great job of testing and troubleshooting before finally shipping and installing it himself. He clearly takes great pride in his work and we would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.

For Outdoor Custom Table Made of Reclaimed Wood
Ethan delivered a great product taking time and expertise to make final touches to our table once at our house to level pieces with the ground. Offered to come back if other adjustments need to be made. He made sure we were happy with the end product; he and his assistant were very professional and nice to work with. They put on the last coat of finish at our house making sure it was the exact finish we wanted. My only suggestion is that Ethan communicate a little more effectively by giving the customer promised updates every Monday with pictures to show progress to make sure all are on the same page for design in process. A few times I had to ask for an update and photos on Tues or Wed. I know he is busy, but it is best for the process and expectations by the customer if the updates came every Monday without being prompted. Overall we are very happy with our table and Ethan was a nice and talented craftsman to work with.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Personal delivery is made if time allows within 400 miles of San Luis Obispo, CA. If shipment is necessary Uship is usually the method. If Uship is not the best option than the method will be agreed upon previous to the beginning of the job.
Maker Policy
We do not accept returns or refund the project amount. Cancellations will be accepted only before a deposit. If a project is canceled after a deposit is given, than the deposit will be forfeited to Whiskey Creek Woodmill & Co. due to the use of time and material. Whiskey Creek Woodmill & Co. will repair or replace any malfunction to the product due to the fault of the maker. Whiskey Creek Woodmill & Co. will maintain the product free of charge, for a time period of 90 days after delivery.
