I created Solid Ground Stands to be a family-owned and operated business, with a desire to handcraft only the highest quality portable musical instruments stands, made from only the finest hardwoods available.

My first patent pending design accommodates most acoustic and electric guitars, and I am already working on similar designs for other stringed instruments including banjo, bass guitars (acoustic and electric), mandolins, ukuleles, and fiddles/violins.

Music has always been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. I have played professionally for many years, and now have the joy of seeing some musical talents emerge from my six children. I have also done a fair amount of woodworking in my time including custom furniture and mountain dulcimers. I am really excited to have developed what I believe to be a viable and marketable product related to these interests. It pleases me immensely to be able to combine my love for woodworking with my passion for music. So, I offer these handcrafted stands and hope you enjoy.

Currently, we will ship to anywhere in the U.S. via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

We take great pride in what we create and want you to be proud of your Solid Ground Stand. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your stand within 15 days in the condition it was received for a full refund, less shipping costs. Currently, all stands are made-to-order and will be on their way to you within about six weeks from date of your order.
