Black Walnut Desk
This was a unique project for me. Here the customer posted that they wanted black walnut desk and they already had all of the materials. He had black walnut from Pennsylvania from his grandparents house from 50 years ago. He also already had a design that he wanted. The walnut is beautiful and easy to work with. It has many colors to it. We did the top standard thickness and the legs are 2.5" thick. There is a single drawer where I added soft close glides and a hidden storage area at the back of the drawer. All of the wood is finished with a conversion varnish for durability.
