Daniel was accommodating with our design wishes, maintained communication during the project and shipped in bomb proof packaging. Took a bit longer than initially planned but what doesn't in this environment and Daniel kept me apprised of any delays. Couldn't be happier with end product. Exactly what I was hoping for and something I could not have found at a retailer. Highly recommend. I would definitely use again.

We had Dan make us a 60” round table with a black epoxy river. It turned out better than expected! We love this table and the way it looks.

Daniel was an extreme pleasure to work with. I was in a crunch for time, with a custom order, and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. My custom sign was delivered before schedule and it’s gorgeous! I would highly recommend working with Daniel and hopefully I will have the opportunity to do so again.

We love are new table. Process was easy and great communication. 66 inch round walnut table is a beautiful addition to our home and will last a lifetime.

Daniel has been very professional addressing an unusual request. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My only issue with this project is with CustomMade. There should be a more efficient venue to communicate directly between client and vendor.

We were looking at very ugly, very sterile looking reception desks in catalogs and had a dream that we could find one made out of reclaimed wood. I found some examples of Daniel's work on custom made as well as on his website and thought we'd give it a try. I am so glad we did! The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. He was super professional all along the way - sent mock-ups of what the desk would look like, worked with us to tweak the design, deliver the desk on our timeline, found solutions to help expedite the project while maintaining the look we were going for, basically ALL of the things you would want in a custom-built piece of furniture. The only thing I could critique is that we did not see the finished product until the day before it was delivered. That said, we were asking him to RUSH, so not sure we could've done anything differently. Fortunately, it turned out great and is exactly what we wanted. It was precision made, pre-drilled, laser leveled and 110% of what we expected. Does not disappoint and is the focal piece of our real estate office lobby! Would not hesitate to work with him again... in fact, we're dreaming up other projects :)

Daniel Chase did a wonderful job with a set of custom built counter stools. We wanted something very specific - Douglas fir with a black iron base - and he was very responsive in explaining what he would be able to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. We are thrilled with the final product and can't wait to use them. I wish other furniture makers and builders were as easy to deal with as Daniel.

I was very excited to work with Dan on designing a custom desk for my company's office space based on the work and reviews I saw online. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but there were a few things that hold me back and at one point I would have given a 2 or 3: 1- When I first reached out I asked for the desk to be stained to match our decor. When Dan sent the final pictures there was a matte coat of varnish, but no stain. It was too late to fix that so it technically was not what I wanted. 2- Installation was not at all easy. We are in Boston, so the desk was shipped to us. I was assured that the instructions would make it simple. A contractor and 3 other sets of hands struggled their way through constructing and were not able to get pieces aligned just right. 3- The desk was late. The contact that I signed had the desk being delivered of the 7th, I didn't get it until the 16th. There was no communication from the team that there was going to be a delay until I reached out asking for a tracking number when it hadn't arrived. I will add: I gave 4 stars because although all of this, Dan was responsive when I reached out and did refund us partially for the lack of stain. If I were to work with the team again I would ask them to come do the install and insist on better communication along the way. Albeit, that comes at a price.

Daniel Chase of redwell was extremely professional throughout the design process as well as the delivery process. He personally installed the table in our new office along with his assistant. Entire interaction was very professional and they did a wonderful job. The end product is a large beautiful conference room table for our new office in a renovated historic church! Everyone has commented on how great the table looks Job well done and beautiful reclaimed wood chevron table!!! Love it !!!

Other than the fact my delivery was rescheduled twice and I was unsure of when or how to make the final payment everything was excellent!

Daniel was great to work with throughout the project. He communicated everything perfectly and quickly from design to shipping. The tables arrived yesterday and were just what we wanted. Daniel promised tables built for a lifetime and they are just that as well as being beautiful. He did an outstanding job crating them for shipping since they had to be shipped ocean freight since we are in Hawaii. My husband said he must be an engineer, he did such a great job. Daniel completed the job early. Working with Daniel was a great experience .

We are so happy with our dining table, the craftsmanship is impeccable! Daniel & his team are amazing! Very easy to work with, quick response time, and very good attention to detail. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to family & friends!

Daniel was so easy to work with and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I wanted something unique and man, did he deliver. The final product is awesome and I would recommend this process again and again.

Overall, Dan was excellent to work with. He communicated very promptly whenever I had questions. He worked with me to come up with the design as well. The table we ended up with is very nice. There were some poorly set expectations along the way and he didn't do some things that I would have assumed should have been done. I would do business with Dan again but now I know better how to ask the questions that I would need to ask in order to get the final product I want. Dan is a really good guy but it is just inherent in building something so custom that there is likely going to be miscommunication along the way.

Wow! We are in LOVE with our new conference table! It was a fabulous experience working with Dan! He was very patient with the trouble-shooting process of designing a conference table that best suit our needs with many updates and revisions. Daniel was very communicative and pleasant throughout. He always answered any questions or concerns we had until we were ready to go with the project! The table is beautiful and we can now fit the whole team comfortably for our weekly production meetings and accommodate visitors. We highly recommend Dan and his company for communications, outstanding quality and superb craftsmanship! Hope to work with you again for our next collaboration!

Daniel maintained constant communication with us, and was ideal to work with in getting this job crafted - the handmade tables FAR surpassed any pre-made furniture we could find on the market.
