I ordered a dog lamp from Jeremy as a gift to my husband. Jeremy worked with me to pick the wood, fixtures, shade and cord. I received it much earlier than was estimated and it is absolutely adorable!!

Jeremy met and EXCEEDED my expectations with the vintage industrial floor lamp I ordered from him. From start to finish he was prompt, helpful, and informative! He kept me up to date with his progress and time frames and even included photos of the process as it went along. I received my lamp faster than expected, and I couldn't be happier when it arrived. Being my first time using a vendor on this site, I can only hope all of my future interactions with other vendors are like the first I've had with Tungsten Customs! Great work and thank you so much again! I'm in love!!

We asked Jeremy to create a custom table that we saw at an Escape Room. Jeremy kept us up to speed with the progress of the table, sending us many photos. He is clearly a perfectionist and our table ended up being so much nicer than the one we originally saw - we were impressed with his attention to detail and loved his work. We would definitely recommend Jeremy for whatever custom project and we would love to have other pieces of his work in our home!

I am so glad I took the risk of placing an order through Custom Made! I had been searching online for a Montessori-style children's closet for several months. At first, I was a bit hesitant about Custom Made because I was new to the site and didn't know anyone who had used it. But, after a few minutes of navigating, I found Tungsten Customs and decided to go for it. Jeremy's talent and skill were evident in his sample designs. After sending him a brief description and photograph, he quickly sent me a sketch along with sample prices based on different materials. I appreciated his consistent communication and flexibility throughout the process. I recommend his service wholeheartedly and will definitely rely on him for my daughter's future Montessori furniture pieces!

I saw this floor lamp on google images and liked it, so looked up the builder; which brought me to Custom made .com. I contacted Jeremy about building me one of these lamps. Needless to say, It arrived last night. Very fast and secure shipping. The lamp is first-rate construction. Unique and very well made. It arrived much faster than anticipated. I've very pleased! I found Custommade.com accidentally while surfing, and was skeptical about submitting a proposal to strangers. When Jeremy from Tungsten Customs emailed me, his correspondence is reliable and businesslike, and full of enthusiasm. I soon found I could trust his expertise and questions. He was up front with me about cost throughout our communications, and delivered quite a large piece to my home for a very reasonable price. He was patient, engaged and creative, offering up lots of problem-solving and design ideas during the process of clarifying my proposal. We spent a lot of time communicating about details, and in the end, everything he promised came exactly as it was discussed and on time. And the craftsmanship was excellent. I know this is a superlative review, but I really was blown away by how well it all went, especially since I was taking a risk.

Work was done exactly how we had planned. I could not be any more happier with the finished product. Tungsten Customs has fabulous communication back and fourth and not one time was I left in the dark on how the project was progressing. This is my second project with Tungsten and we are now working on a third. Great job!

Tungsten customs was a breeze to work with. Always easy to get ahold of and never hesitated to modify my project per my request. I currently have other projects lined up with this builder. The way my project was shipped was outstanding. Very well packed each piece. Tungsten Customs even beat the schedule on shipment by a few days. Awesome job!
