Welcome to Build Doctors LLC, where we do the work. Many general contractors are organizers only, hiring out all the work as subjobs to whomever is convenient. That is not us! We perform a majority of all the work and supervise only qualified subcontractors to produce a truly professional finished product.
Prior to becoming a general contractor, Tom, Owner and Contractor, worked in construction or the trades for 8 years but was often frustrated with having to work around the sloppy jobs of others who did not care as long as they got paid. His inspiration is to personally "own" every job, by managing all project responsibilities so he can make sure that it is done right the first time. He would rather create than fix.

Shipping Policy
Area served: Fremont, Newark, Pleasanton, Livermore, and surrounding areas. Shipping Methods: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will research up to 3 shipping options for special ordered pieces from us. Local delivery quoted per job relative to distance from our Herriman location.
Installation Policy
Licensed and Bonded California General Contractor (C) carrying General Liability Insurance and licensing required by CA. We can pull all necessary permits for Residential and Light Commercial renovations and perform or directly supervise all installations per customer specification.
Maker Policy
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.
