Hmmmm, a little about me and my business you ask?!?!
I have always enjoyed fabricating for both the artistic and the necessity. My father was a mechanical engineer and the four boys spent a lot of time in his shop tinkering, taking things apart, building, and just having fun. I learned a lot from him, especially from the methodical approach to a project to developing systems and practices to make the project come to life. My mother imparted the creative/softer side of things, and I believe the two influences have come together in a most beautiful way! I am very thankful for that.
I will say this with the utmost sincerity and certainty, I approach each one of my projects from a very personal perspective, from initial consultation with the client(s), all the way through the process and even post delivery/installation. I take great pride in my work and word. Communication is one of the most underrated elements of business, and I work diligently to communicate with the client, whether it be though voice, text, email, face to face, you name it. I enjoy sending progress photos/teaser photos as the project progresses. Or if the client prefers, keeping it under wraps until finished!
If you are looking for something truly unique, with an emphasis on personalization to you and your environment, I would love to talk about it with you.
Thank you for your time.
Information
Shipping really depends upon the size, shape, scope of the piece/project. Some projects may be shippable via common carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc.. Some may require personalized delivery and set up. This will need to be decided on a case by case basis. If it's a piece that requires technical installation, or complex set up, or something similar, I would very much prefer to deliver it personally.
I would hope that we would not have to go this route, as I love to work directly with a client every step of the way, communicating and sending pictures/video, and I also take great pride in my craftsmanship and attention to detail. BUT, if we did have to talk about a refund, return, I will do all in my power to make things right. As with most custom fabricators, I don't have a 'stock' item which, if a customer isn't 100% satisfied with I can place it back into inventory and perhaps resell. My pieces/projects are all one-off, and often very personal to the original purchaser, which may make it difficult to resell if returned. Therefore, custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. That being said, I will do all in my power to make it right!! Since each project varies, time frames will be established on a piece by piece basis. I don't like to make false/unrealistic promises, so I will be honest and upfront on timing, but let it be known, I love what I do and do it 7 days a week!
