Mr2 Signature Entry, Sofa, Or Side Tables Available In 16 Inch And 30 Inch Wide Options
The mr2 Signature Sofa, Side or Entry Tables were designed with very high tops. The height and slim straight line design gives them a very distinctive look and allows them to be used in a variety of ways. In addition, the extra height allows easy access and replace floor lamps for reading. The smaller table shown in Cherry with satin finish and standard hardware is in stock. It was stained and multiple coats of clear satin lacquer was applied to bring out the grain and beauty of the wood. The larger table (not in stock) is shown in an unfinished condition and finished in Studio Taupe with standard hardware (basket not included).. The tables come in a 16" wide x 11 1/8" deep x 27 1/2' tall Table and a larger 30" wide x 13" deep x 30" high larger able. The smaller table comes with one drawer and the larger table comes with two drawers. The inside dimensions of the drawers are 8 1/4"L x 8 1/4" W x 4 1/2 D and 9"L x 9" W x 5" D respectively. Custom sizes are also available upon request. The table can be stained or painted a solid color of your choice. Please provide the stain/color and finish (satin, semi-gloss or gloss) when ordering. A $10.00 allowance for hardware on the 16" wide table and $14.00 allowance for hardware on the 30" wide table is included. Please note if you want to choose your hardware when ordering. These pieces are custom built which takes 3-4 weeks if not in stock. The pieces is made from solid Poplar (no veneer) which has been planed and hand sanded to minimize loss of wood and bring out all the unique beauty of the wood. The piece is constructed using wood pocket screws. A total of thirty two screws were used to connect the pieces. Shipping and insurance costs are estimated for delivery to the West Coast (See Shipping & Policies). If less, a refund is provided when shipped. mr² Woodworking also creates custom indoor and outdoor furniture, benches, cabinets and specialty wood items available thru Custom Made.

I had a custom job request and even after approval of his drawing, he re-worked one small item to add stability to the book shelf (of which I never would have noticed nor thought-of, plus I already signed off on it - how often does that happen in life?!). He clearly cares about his work and shows judgment of a true professional. He sent me 4 samples of the stains to ensure I liked the color of the piece; he sent pictures throughout the process, at each step and I know I will love the piece after I open it. I haven't had a chance to open/inspect the final product due to work on my house but I would definitely work with him again (and will update my review after my house isn't torn apart).

For Custom Mr2 Solid Cherry Shadowbox Bookcase4.8My wife and I searched hard for a "Shadowbox Bookcase" for our living room. All we found were particle board monstrosities, or overpriced manufactured hollow versions. We wanted something in solid hardwood, preferably cherry. Rick provided this. His quote was reasonable, his design was exactly what we requested, and his communication was outstanding. He started and completed the project on schedule. Delivery was timely. There was a small glitch in the delivery, and Rick apologized profusely for this, but it was totally out of his control, and I believe him when he says that it had never happened before with this shipper. We managed to take delivery of the item, which was exceedingly well wrapped and protected. We are proud to have a custom piece of Rick Ricks craftsmanship in our living room.
