It features the new baby's name, birth date, the "Family" saying (or another phrase of your choosing), and a set of representative baby footprints. Please provide the information you'd like to include on the plaque (i.e., baby's full name, birth date, birth stats, etc.) when you place your order. If you'd like a different phrase at the top, please specify exactly how you'd like it to appear. We'll send you a proof of the engraving for approval before making the plaque.
